2. Information We Collect & Third-Party Processors

We collect information to provide a personalized fitness experience. We utilize the following third-party sub-processors to power our services:

  • Infrastructure & Hosting: Google Firebase (database/authentication), Cloudflare (network security).
  • Analytics: AppsFlyer (attribution), PostHog (product usage analytics).
  • Payments: RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple (payment processing).
  • AI Services: Google Gemini API (Enterprise/Paid Tier).
  • External Databases: USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account details (Name, Email).
  • Workout logs, nutrition data, and meal photos.
  • Body measurements and progress photos.

2.2 Health & Sensor Data (Explicit Consent Required)

  • Apple Health & Oura Ring: With your permission, we sync workout metrics, heart rate, sleep, and recovery data. This data is used solely to provide your "Daily Readiness Score" and is never used for marketing or advertising.
  • Location Data: We collect precise GPS location data (including in the background) strictly to track and map outdoor activities (runs, walks, bike rides). Background access ensures your workout isn't interrupted if the screen turns off.

3. AI Processing & Data Privacy

Our app uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze photos and provide coaching.

No Model Training: We use enterprise-grade APIs. Your personal data, fitness logs, and images are strictly prohibited from being used to train, fine-tune, or improve third-party AI models (including Google Gemini).

Ephemeral Processing: Data sent to AI partners is used only to generate your specific insight and is not retained by those partners.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Regardless of your location, we provide the following rights:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: Request that we correct any inaccurate data.
  • Right to Deletion: Request that we delete your account and all associated data.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You may opt-out of analytics tracking via the app settings.

5. Data Security & Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon a deletion request, data is purged within 30 days. We use encryption (AES-256) and secure HTTPS protocols for all data transfers.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any disputes related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution and Venue

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, this Privacy Policy or our Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Florida, in each case located in Sarasota County. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
