By using Hammr Fitness ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. This agreement is between you and Hamm Digital LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. Accounts created by users under 13 will be terminated immediately.
Hammr Fitness is a mobile application that provides AI-powered workout planning, nutrition tracking, recovery insights, and GPS location tracking for outdoor activities (like running, walking, and biking). The Service is designed to assist with fitness and wellness goals.

Not Medical Advice: Hamm Digital LLC is not a medical provider. The Service, including "Health Scores" and "Readiness Scores," is for informational purposes only.
Consult a Physician: Always consult a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.
Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks of physical injury or death associated with exercise.
Hallucination Risk: AI-generated advice is experimental. It may occasionally generate incorrect, unsafe, or biased information.
Nutritional Estimates: The AI Food Logger provides estimates based on visual analysis. You are responsible for verifying calorie and macronutrient accuracy before relying on them for dietary decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions: Managed via Apple ID. Auto-renews unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not store your credit card information. You must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Settings; we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
AI Credits: One-time purchases of "Credit Packs" for photo analysis are consumable. These credits have no cash value and are non-refundable. Credits expire immediately upon account deletion.
Refunds: All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple (e.g., via reportaproblem.apple.com). As a developer, we do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
You own your photos and logs. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide app features. As stated in our Privacy Policy, this license excludes the right to use your data for AI model training.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), is owned by Hamm Digital LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Hamm Digital LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months or $50.00, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
