Wellness only

Hammr Fitness is for wellness and fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program. If you have a medical emergency, call emergency services.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through your Apple ID. Hammr cannot cancel App Store subscriptions for you — use reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple subscription settings for refunds and cancellations.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer beyond applicable law. Content you create remains yours; you grant us license to sync and display it for providing the service.

Liability

The app is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law,Hamm Digital LLC is not liable for injuries or damages arising from use of training or nutrition guidance.

Florida law; venue in Sarasota County, Florida.
