Morning Check-In

A short morning check-in adds how you feel to wearable data so Readiness reflects both physiology and subjective recovery.

What you report

Each morning Hammr prompts you to log mood, energy, and soreness. These subjective signals contribute roughly 10% of your Readiness score alongside overnight recovery, training load, and nutrition adherence.

Check-in takes seconds and helps catch cases where wearable data looks fine but you still feel beat up — or vice versa.

How it connects

Check-in data flows into Readiness, which feeds the daily brief on Home and the Adaptive Decision for macro and volume guidance. AI Coach can reference your check-in when explaining why readiness is higher or lower than expected.

Hammr is available on iOS with Apple Watch support.
