Home & the Daily Loop

Home answers four questions at a glance: How recovered am I? What should I eat? What should I train? What is my one next action?

Your unified today screen

Open Hammr and Home loads a snapshot of your day. Score rings show Readiness, Recovery, Mental Stress, and Sleep when wearable data is available. A daily brief translates scores into plain-language guidance — for example, a good day to push versus focus on recovery.

Today's workout mission previews the next session from your active program or custom routine. Macro progress rings show how close you are to today's targets, including adaptive adjustments when Premium is active.

Coach plan and tasks

The coach plan section displays your locked Adaptive Decision: calorie deltas, volume percentage, and intensity recommendation. A unified task checklist covers habits like logging weight, logging food, and finishing your workout.

Quick entry points include AI Coach, Gym Pass, Inbox, and the morning check-in for mood, energy, and soreness.

Why one screen matters

Siloed apps force you to open a lifting tracker for workouts, a macro app for food, and a wearable app for recovery — with no connection between them. Hammr Home ties recovery to actionable macros and training so the number on your watch actually changes what you do next.

Hammr is available on iOS with Apple Watch support.
