Export data, delete account, and cancel Premium

Account and billing controls are split: Hammr owns the account, Apple owns the subscription.

Export your data

1. Open Profile → Settings.
2. Choose export data.
3. Keep the file somewhere you control.

Delete your account

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose delete account.
3. Deletion starts a 30-day purge as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting the app from the Home Screen does not cancel Premium or delete the account.

Cancel Premium

1. iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
2. Select Hammr.
3. Cancel. Apple requires this path; Hammr staff cannot flip the switch on Apple’s side.

Annual and monthly plans include a 7-day free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you don’t want to convert. Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
