Customize Hammr's look, manage wearables and privacy, and use the app in your preferred language.
Appearance
Choose Dark or Midnight and Light or Terra themes. Ring style toggles between Neon glow and Clean soft. Alternate app icons offer multiple Hammr icon variants.
Adaptive and nutrition settings
Premium users toggle adaptive macros, adaptive workout volume, and adaptive rest recommendations independently. Nutrition and Apple Health settings control reconciliation mode, preferred external nutrition source, and HealthKit write toggles.
Privacy and devices
Connect or disconnect Apple Health and Oura, set primary wearable and merge priority. Opt out of analytics anytime. Health cloud sync is Premium. Export data or delete account from Settings — deletion triggers a 30-day purge per Privacy Policy.
Hammr supports 30+ languages for UI, onboarding, score info sheets, and Siri strings. Legal pages support a lang query parameter.
