Settings, themes, and languages
Change Dark/Light themes, toggle adaptive features, connect wearables, export or delete data, and run Hammr in 30+ languages.
Settings live under Profile → gear.

Adaptive (Premium)
Toggle independently:
- Adaptive macros
- Adaptive workout volume
- Adaptive rest recommendations
Nutrition and Health
Reconciliation mode, preferred external nutrition source, HealthKit write toggles — see Apple Health nutrition sync.
Privacy and devices
Connect or disconnect Apple Health and Oura, set merge priority, opt out of analytics, export data, or delete the account (30-day purge per the Privacy Policy). Health cloud sync is Premium.
Hammr UI, onboarding, score sheets, and Siri strings support 30+ languages.
