Saved foods and re-logging

Pin the meals you eat on repeat, then re-log from the food grid instead of searching or scanning again.

Most people eat the same foods on a loop. Saved foods (and the food grid) exist so those meals take one tap, not a full search.

Save a food or meal

  1. Log the food the first time with search, barcode, or AI.
  2. Save it to your foods / favorites from the item or meal actions.
  3. Next time, open the meal logger and pick it from Saved foods or the food grid.

You can also create a custom food with manual calories, protein, carbs, and fat if it isn’t in the database.

Re-log quickly

  1. Open a meal on Nutrition.
  2. Open saved foods / the grid.
  3. Tap the item.
  4. Confirm the serving if it changed, then log.

This is the fastest weekday breakfast path — faster than barcode once the food is saved.

Free vs Premium limits

Free accounts can save a capped number of meals. Premium removes that cap so the grid can hold your full rotation.
